Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using shopboutonne, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are effective from January 1, 2026.

These terms apply to all users of shopboutonne, including Free, Pro, and Ultra plan subscribers. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use shopboutonne's AI clothes remover only for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of real individuals without their explicit, documented consent. Processing images of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. shopboutonne does not review uploaded images in real time. By uploading an image, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and consents for that content.

Any use of the platform to produce non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) violates these terms and applicable law. shopboutonne cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.

Intellectual Property

The shopboutonne platform, its AI models, interface design, and all associated technology are the intellectual property of shopboutonne and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the service.

Limitation of Liability

shopboutonne provides the AI undress tool on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, shopboutonne's liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

shopboutonne is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Third-Party Services

shopboutonne integrates with third-party platforms including Adobe, Figma, and Zapier. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. shopboutonne is not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify shopboutonne immediately at info@shopboutonne if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Rights

You may cancel your shopboutonne subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are issued at shopboutonne's discretion for documented technical failures.

Changes to These Terms

shopboutonne may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
