Data We Collect

shopboutonne collects only the data necessary to operate the service: your email address at registration, payment details processed via our PCI-compliant payment provider, and images you upload during a session.

Session images are never permanently stored. They are held in isolated, encrypted temporary storage and auto-deleted within 60 minutes of your session ending.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account access, billing notifications, and — with your consent — product updates. shopboutonne does not use uploaded images for model training without explicit written consent from the user.

Cookies

shopboutonne uses essential cookies to maintain session state and authentication. Analytics cookies — which collect anonymous usage data — are only set if you accept them via the cookie consent banner.

You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through your browser settings or the shopboutonne privacy preferences panel.

Data Sharing

shopboutonne does not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers — including our payment processor and cloud infrastructure provider — only to the extent required to deliver the service.

Data Security

All data transmitted to shopboutonne is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Stored account data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. We conduct quarterly security audits against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.

Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use shopboutonne with awareness of this inherent risk.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data held by shopboutonne. Submit a request to info@shopboutonne and we w info@shopboutonne.com ill respond within 30 days.

Third-Party Links

shopboutonne links to third-party platforms including Adobe and Figma. This Privacy Policy does not cover those platforms. Review their privacy policies before sharing data with them.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

This Privacy Policy was last updated January 1, 2026. shopboutonne will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
